Riders will be called up in rows of 5, higher seeded riders at the front, lower seeded riders behind, those who haven't raced yet (i.e. no points) next. If you arrive after the call-up you will be placed at the back of your race.
'A' race seeding here.
'B' race seeding here. Citizen riders will start in seeding order behind B riders.
Kids race will be arranged on the line by age category.
Seeding was determined by number of races taken part in and finishing position with a maximum of 25 points and a minimum of 1 for each race.

I like the idea of the seeding, however you have lumped the Women in with the men... Perhaps the top 4 men, and the top women @ the front row?
